Brian's Primitive Skills Basic

We have been champing at the bit to announce this one for a couple of weeks and we finally have the OK. Here is some info:

With instructor Brian Schuch

Join Brian for a tour through all of the traditional survival skills that are necessary to stay alive and comfortable in the woods with no modern equipment. This class will cover at least 15 core skills that will make you at home in any natural environment. More importantly, this class will be taught with a focus on continuing your development and teaching yourself after the class is over.

7:15pm Throw sticks, rocks, and Spears
8:15pm Flintkanpping: Knives of Volcanic Glass
Saturday
9am Medicinal and Edible Plants
10:30am Fire: The Bow Drill
1pm Keeping the Flame
2:30pm Shelter: Warm and Dry
4pm Traps: Deadfalls and Snares.
Sunday
9am Coal Burning: Containers of Wood
10:30am Hunting: Tracking, Bird Language and Stealth
11:30am Basic Fishing Tactics
1pm The Fish Spear
2:30am Baskets: Woven Containers
4am Continuing to Teach Yourself
